Minimum Amount for VAT Refund Request

In accordance with the Presidential Decree No. 9582 published in the Official Gazette No. 32842 dated March 15, 2025, the minimum amount that taxpayers can request a refund for transactions that give rise to the right of return has been increased from 2.000,00 liras to 10.000,00 liras.

The application will enter into force as of April 1.
